Let's talk about decorating with candles in mind.

Take a look to appropriately decorate with candles as it so rings in with the festive season but doesn't look odd or out of place in the room's overall scheme. One way to add a cosy, warm vibe that fits with the broad palette and vibe of the room with of course the Christmas tree going up in a matter of weeks.

Keep it simple, perhaps choose vibrant coloured candles in brass or black candle holders to give your sideboard or window sill a special flair. For me I will go through local charity shops to source the most interesting candle holders and clear them up to give them a new life in my home.

I have plenty of white candles as I purchase them when they are in the sale at H&M however sometimes I'll come across green candles during the year in the sale and I always believe these are ideal for this festive period.
